Returns and complaints

1. If ordered product has hidden or technical defects, has been damaged in shipping or is incongruous with the order placed, you should contact the seller immediately and send the goods back to the seller's address, within 30 days from the date of receiving the package maximum.

2. Buyer who has signed a remote contract can resign from it without providing a reason within 10 days from the date of receiving the goods, filled-in return form included. The return form must be sent along with the goods returned, as well as in electronic via e-mail: info@crystalfashion.pl.  Return form will be sent in a parcel or in electronic form on client's request.

3. Return of the product is possible only if the product has not been used or damaged in any way. The parcel with the product returned should contain the proof of purchase - invoice or receipt in the parcel.

4. The right to returns goods without providing a reason does not apply to custom-made products.

5. Complaint will be considered and sent back within 14 days from the parcel delivery date to the seller’s headquarters and the client will be informed about the mode of dealing with the complaint.

6. In case of justified complaint, the damaged product will be repaired or replaced with another product of full value. If  such a replacement is impossible because of lack of assortment, the seller is obliged to refund the price to the buyer or offer some other products available.

7. The costs connected with sending goods subject to complaint are returned immediately after the complaint is considered.

8. When the product is replaced with another one, if the price of the replacement product is higher than that of the product replaced, the client is obliged to make up the difference, and if the case is the opposite, it is the seller who has to transfer the difference to buyer’s account.

9. Complaints concerning the difference in appearance of the received  products,  as compared to the products ordered, which sprain directly from the difference between the photo available on the website and the actual look of the product does not constitute sufficient basis for complaint.

10. The products bought are subject to producer and/or retailer’s guarantee on the basis of the proof of purchase  (invoice).

11. We do not accept parcels sent back in cash by delivery option.
